FIELD: the invention refers to the field of reducing radio noise.
SUBSTANCE: it refers to radio noise radiated by the electric wiring or the electric aggregate of a vehicle or to protection of the electric units of a vehicle from unwanted currents induced in connecting them electric wiring by an exterior pulsing electromagnetic fields. The invention may be used particularly in automobile construction for suppression of the electromagnetic field formed by the ignition system of a car. The arrangement for suppression of radio noise includes a screen enveloping the radiating object. It is fulfilled in the shape of a covering (shell) formed by, distant from each other, the first and the second short-circuited face contours manufactured out of current-conducting and magneto-conductive material and by rods installed with intervals. Each rod has the first and the second terminals and jumpers also distributed between the rods of the screen and in the interval between the first and the second short-circuited face contours. At that the first and the second short-circuited face contours, rods and jumpers are located so that form additional short-circuited contours whose geometrical dimensions are chosen at condition of forming a wave-guide exceeding the maximum value of the frequency spectrum of the radio noise for each of the given type of a vehicle (or/and conditions of its exploitation). At least one of the short-circuited face contours of the screen is fulfilled relatively to the radiating object (the object protected from radiation) with actual summary area of their surface having 10...20% from the whole volume of the surface of the area of the object protected by the screen.
EFFECT: reduces level of radio noise without significant increase of electrical capacity of the objects of radiation (of the objects protected from radiation).
