FIELD: food-processing, fish, dairy and meat industries; cryoseparation of loose saturated food materials.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electrical cryoseparator includes heat-insulated chamber, feeder and corona-forming, earthed and electrostatic electrodes mounted vertically. Cryogenic chamber is provided with pipe line with injectors for delivery of liquid coolant. Cryogenic chamber is arranged inside heat-insulated chamber; temperature in cryogenic chamber is below that in heat-insulated chamber. Material is first fed to cryogenic chamber where components acquires tribocharge on vibrating feeder after which they are directed to inter-electrode space for final separation. Under action of electrical forces, husk and pulp particles are separated into receivers and pulp is directed for storage at negative temperature.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation of ground material into fractions.
