FIELD: research of equipment used in oil extractive industry, possible use for diagnostics of integrity of operating pumping bar column.

SUBSTANCE: method includes determining and measuring spectrum of noises, determining friction spots of metallic column, diagnostics of metallic column integrity on basis of analysis of spectrum of noises changing in time. Column is composed of bars, placed within the column of tubing pipes, positioned inside the casing column of well, and connected to a pump. For diagnostics, one or several noise spectrum receipt indicators are used, one indicator is mounted on bar or mouth equipment, or tubing column, while several indicators, which operate in similar or different frequency ranges, are mounted on one or several bars, and/or mouth equipment, and/or tubing column. Before beginning operation, natural noise spectrum is recorded, and also noise spectrums from neighboring pumps and wells, after beginning of operation measured is spectrum of noises from operating column moving in reciprocal or rotary fashion. Analysis of changes of noise spectrum of operating column is performed by comparing spectrums of noises, selected before beginning of operation, spectrums of noises, registered during operation of column of bars and spectrums of noises, registered during reproduction of friction of column of bars against tubing pipes on stand, to determine appearance and increase of wear cracks. Column of bars may be provided with localizing scrapers. It is also possible to record model noise spectrums of noises from elements of bar column, tubing column and pump for various wear grades, and their comparison to recorded noise of operating bar column. Repeated measurement of noise spectrum is possible after predetermined time span.

EFFECT: improved diagnostics of integrity of operating metallic bar column.
