SUBSTANCE: cam mechanism comprises unmovable cylindrical, or conical, or hyperboloid cam, rotating link, and pusher with roller. The cam is provided with a gear wheel or the sector of a gear wheel. The rotating link has unmovable rod or rods and pinion that engages the gear wheel. The pusher is connected with the pinion by means of a movable key or spline joint. The pusher is connected with the roller through the slide mounted on the rod or rods.
