SUBSTANCE: device comprises two pivotally interconnected members. One of the members is provided with lock and at least one projection, and the other member is provided with holding member that interacts with the lock and at least one hollow. When cooperating, the projection and hollow cause the lock on one of the member to engage the holding member on the other member.
