SUBSTANCE: device comprises exhaust heat-insulated well, air duct for supplying air coaxially mounted inside the well and provided with the control valve connected with the device for sucking air having the deflector, and air duct. The air duct enters the air supply duct and bears on the rotatable support mounted on the air supply duct. The height of the bottom section of the air supply duct is equal to that of the exhaust well and is made of a flexible hydrophobic material mounted on the frame. The top part is made of a rigid material. The rotatable support is mounted above the output opening of the exhaust well. The air-distributing desk underlies the air supply duct at a distance equal to its diameter and is made of a cone whose top points downward.
