FIELD: mechanical engineering; automatic devices for the metal-cutting machines production processes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mechanical engineering and may be used for automation of the metal-cutting machines production processes of the loading and the unloading of the products of the bodies of revolution type. The automatic operator contains: the base, on which there is the lever mounted with the capability of rotation by the power cylinder and with the arranged on the lever twin-gripper device with the body; the grippers symmetrically mounted concerning the shaft of the automatic operator; the swarf and the lubricant cooling liquid gathering device and the lever turning angle limiter. The twin-gripper device is mounted with the possibility of movement along the trajectory eliminating the intersection of the area of the devices for the swarf and the lubricant cooling liquid gathering and the reciprocating motion from the power cylinder by means of the plungers. The indicated plungers are arranged in the carrier, which is rigidly fixed on the end of the lever. The grippers of The twin-gripper device are directed to one side. Each of the indicated grippers is made in the form of the protective frame with the orienting seat of the preliminary installation, the orienting center and the movable jaws made in the form of the double-armed levers. One arm of each of the indicated double-armed levers is coupled to the connection rod of the power cylinder, which has been built in the body of the twin-gripper device. At that the lever has the grooves for feeding of the working liquid to the power cylinders, which have been built in the body of the twin-gripper device and to the power cylinder for the reciprocated motion of the twin-gripper device. The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency and reliability of operation of the automatic operator, the decreased overall dimensions of the automatic operator and the improved accuracy of the products positioning.
