FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a set of hydraulic distributors with control and main slide valves, control handle, mechanical transmission, and master cam. The master cam is provided with a spherical surface provided with slots for movement of control handle. The mechanical transmission is made of a lever gearing with gear racks for permitting cooperation with carriers and jaws. The racks are shaped into cylinders, and their teeth are ring-shaped. The control handle is spring-loaded and provided with a member for cooperation with the racks.
