FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cultivator has supporting frame with drive wheels, drive, immovable and movable hoes, friction disk, main friction spring, crankshaft, movable coupling, roller, and switch lever. Each movable hoe has individual drive. Cultivator is made as self-propelled unit with engine type drive mounted on supporting frame, or as trailer or hitch for tractor with drive formed as tractor's power shaft. Cultivator has controllable wheel, drive mechanisms with control levers, pedals, and drive shaft provided with safety coupling, said drive shaft being connected to engine or power shaft. Switch coupling is mounted for axial movement on drive shaft fixed within bearings on supporting frame, said coupling being common for wheel drive. Wheel drive has cone reducer and sprocket for transmitting rotation through chain transmission onto additional shaft of flywheel. Flywheel shaft is mounted in bearings on supporting frame and is connected with cross shaft located within bearings for transmitting of rotation. Friction wheels are fixed on cross shaft for single-thread hoe drive. Each hoe is fixed on arm of double-armed lever for adjustment of tillage depth. Double-armed lever is pivotally fixed on longitudinal horizontal pin secured to supporting frame. Its upper arm is provided with groove for engagement with crankshaft which is mounted by means of key at end of vertical shaft of single-thread drive. Vertical shaft is fixed in bearings on supporting frame. Friction disk sleeve is positioned through opening in shaft at free end thereof for axial movement on single pin, said movement being facilitated by means of longitudinal slots. Main friction spring is put onto sleeve. Movable coupling controllable by switch lever is positioned under spring on sleeve. Roller is rigidly fixed on coupling on radial rod for engagement with annular horizontal supporting track, which is rigidly fixed on supporting frame and provided with inclined platform pivotally fixed for rotation on axis. Supporting track has drive switch-off step located near inclined platform. Spring is fixed with its one end to end of vertical shaft with crankshaft, and is fixed with its other end within sleeve to friction disk. Inclined platform is joined to slide reversible by means of lever resting upon supporting frame and movable within guides for closing of step.
EFFECT: simplified construction and improved quality of weed control.
