FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: product is biphasic ball antiperspirant and/or deodorant having viscosity of 20-9000 centipoises. It contains: (a) transparent, translucent or opaque nonpolar phase, produced by combining cross-linked or partially cross-linked nonemulsifying siloxane elastomer; 0.1-70 % by weight of one or several lipophilic softening substances of low viscosity; (b) the transparent, translucent or opaque polar phase prepared by combining one or several ingredients to be selected from group, having water, glycols, polyatomic alcohols and active antiperspirant salt which is dissolved or suspended in the polar phase having (i) required quantity of water, glycols or polyatomic alcohols and (ii) optionally, up to 30% by weight of water, up to 16.00% by weight of ethyl alcohol, up to 16% by weight of isopropyl alcohol or their mixtures; (iii) 0.1-2.5% by weight of water-soluble cationic derivative, to be selected from group having hydroxyethylcellulose and its copolymers.

EFFECT: provided sensation of dryness when applying the cosmetic product.
