PANEL FOR DOOR WITH PROTECTION AGAINST BREAKING IN Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E05G1/24 

FIELD: constructional components and structures, in particular, facilities for protection of values.

SUBSTANCE: the panel for the door with protection against theft with a breaking open has a body consisting of modular parts with metal walls made in the form of the r.h. and l.h. lateral parts, upper part and projections monolithically interconnected with formation of an aperture for a man-hole. The panel for the door and the aperture have stepped lateral walls. The projections are made with a metal envelope and a multilayered filler including, for example, sheets of plywood and a metal screen for fastening of the components of the man-hole locking mechanism. Each modular part of the body is made with built-in rods and a filler representing a laminated structure forming a permanent joint with the rods. The presence of the aperture for the man-hole enhances the seismic stability of the panel at a high class (class 5-8) protection against breaking in.

EFFECT: enhanced protection of the panel against breaking in at an optimal weight of it, reduced specific quantity of metal, enhanced simplicity of manufacture and assembly.
