FIELD: the invention refers to transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: the proposed mechanism has identical blocks of ratchet-gears of free wheeling, having a common axle and dislodged relatively to each other on the angle of 180 degrees. Each block has one sprocket 1, several rows of pulley forks 2 displaced at the angle θ= φ/η where φ - an angular step of the pulley fork, η- a number of rows in one block, a polyurethane ring 3, cylindrical sectors 4 and wedging rods 5. The pulley forks 2 are rigidly connected between themselves. The polyurethane ring 3 has radial lugs whose number coincides with the number of the cylindrical sectors. The cylindrical sectors 4 are placed in the grooves of the pulley fork in such a way that the end face of the cylindrical sector leans on the lug of the pulley fork 2, and another one - on the lug of the polyurethane ring 3 The wedging rods 5 are fulfilled inflexible and are installed in the cylindrical sectors 4. The number of the sprocket teeth differs from the number of the wedging rods 5 of one row for an odd number. The polyurethane ring axles and the pulley fork axles coincide. The technical result is in reducing contacting tensions acting in the zone of the sprocket tooth and the end face of the rod, in lacking of an unbalanced component of reaction of the surfaces of the pulley fork and the shaft, in decreasing shocking loading at switching of the mechanism of free wheeling considering the damping action of the polyurethane ring and also in petty sensitiveness to inaccuracy of manufacturing and assembling.
EFFECT: reduces contacting tensions.
