FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: converter can be used when designing different control systems, in particular, when designing automated measuring complex used for measurement of physical and mechanical properties of materials by means of kinetic indention. Linear movement-to digital code converter has instrumental amplifier, resistor connected to amplifier, measuring bridge, which bridge has first and second resistors, detector and compensating member. Converter also has power supply, first and second sample-store device, pulse oscillator, switch, delay element, voltage-to-frequency converter, counter, and buffer resistor, first and second input buses, and output bus.
EFFECT: multi-functional conversion of values of linear movements to digital code.
