SUBSTANCE: proposed filling device contains filler tube with reverse-flow flap hinge mounted on housing. stop with at least one bending side plate is installed inside filler tube lower than flap body. Stop is made in form of flat ring provided with flat whose side faces are arranged between flap attachment hinges. Flap body is provided with cut to shift body fragments and form screw by its surface.

EFFECT: provision of definite fixing of flap body relative to filler tube and facilitated assembling of unit.
