SUBSTANCE: stator comprises coil, magnetic circuits, source of magnetic field, two rotors-wind wheels mounted for permitting magnetic contact with the magnetic circuits. The coil is made of two cylindrical parts whose convex sides face each other and are interconnected via straight parts.
EFFECT: reduced sizes and mass.
