FIELD: building construction.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for inspection of quality of foundation and for building foundations of cement-ground at industrial and civil building construction. Method of inspection of quality of cement-ground is based upon selection of samples of cement-ground, inspection of characteristics of samples and association of samples with correspondence to pilot ones. Association of correspondence is done by comparison of residual alkalinity of aqueous extraction from dehydrated sample with damaged structure having residual alkalinity on base of calibration dependences of quality of cement-ground on alkalinity, which calibration dependences are preliminary found for standard samples of cement-ground having the same age of hardening as tested sample, at the following form of mentioned relations: Cc=f(V0,1NHCl, T); R=f(Cc); E=f(Cc); φ=f(Cc); c=f(Cc), where Cc is quantity of cement in relation to weight of air-dry ground, %; V0,1N Hcl is volume of 0,1 N solution of HCl consumed for neutralization of residual free alkali of cement, ml; T is age of hardening, days; R is limit of strength of cement-ground to single-axis compression, MPa; E is modulus of elasticity of cement-ground, φ is angle of internal friction of cement-ground, degree; and c is engagement of cement-ground, MPa.
EFFECT: reduced cost of works; reduced time for realization of works; widened range and improved quality of testing of characteristics.
