SUBSTANCE: the arrangement has a source of constant operative current, a filter of connecting the indicated source between the circuit phases and the ground, a block of controlling of value of operative current on a transistor whose input is switched successively and in accordance with the source of operative current and is shunted with a back-in-back switched semiconductor device, a source of pulsating reference current , a source of power, an executive relay element, a filter of an alternate component of current to whose output through a diode the indicated executive relay element is connected. At that the second, the third and the fourth transistors distinguishing from the others by a conduction type, transistors additionally introduced into the indicated block controlling the value of the operative current.
EFFECT: increases response speed of operation and operative reliability.
