FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves collecting anamnesis data, carrying out rheoencephalogram examination (REG), electroencephalogram examination (EEG) and standardized multifactorial person analysis test (SMPAT). Diagnostic coefficients F1 and F2 are calculated from formulas: F1 = 58.29+0.15xa1+266.1xa2+0.24xa3+ 7.67xa4+4.87xa5 + 10.8xa6-З.54xa7 +0.15xa8 + 0.5xa9, F2=84.08+0,22xa1 + 152.4xa2+0.14xa3 + 11.5xa4+8.4xa5 + 12.3xa6-3.79xa7+0.37xa8+0.64xa9, where F1 and F2 are diagnostic coefficients; digital parameters are constants and discrimination factors; а1 is the venous discharge parameter on REG in frontomastoidal lead, in %; a2 is the cerebral blood circulation intensity parameter on REG in occipitomastoidal lead in Ohms; a3 is the cerebral blood vessel tone intensity parameter on REG in occipitomastoidal lead, in %; a4 is the cerebral blood vessels response type in carrying out antiorthostatic test when 0, it is normotonic, 1 - hyperconstrictor one, 2 - perverted one; a5 - is the cerebral blood vessels response type in carrying out hyperventilation test, when 0, it is hyperconstrictor type, 1 - hyperconstrictor type, 2 - perverted one; a6 is the degree of general cerebral changes shown on EEG, when 0, the changes are mild, when 1 - moderate, 2 - expressed; a7 points on median structures dysfunction shown on EEG, when 0, none are available, when 1, upper trunkal one is available, 2 - lower trunkal one is available; a8 is the T-points value according to SMPAT scale 1; а9 - is the T-points value according to SMPAT scale 3. Forecasting conclusion is drawn with function of greater value taken into consideration. F1>F2 gives base to draw conclusion of no influence exerted by chemical substances upon organism. The conclusion of intoxication consequences caused by chemical substances complex is drawn, if F2≥F1. Prognosis index PI value is calculated from formula: PI = 1/(1+e-(F2 - F1)), where е is the natural logarithm base equal to 2.72... . 0.5≤PI≤0.84 is considered as mean value, and 0.85≤PI≤1 as superior value.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
