FIELD: application of solder with use of ultrasonic oscillations onto articles of metallic and non-metallic materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes heating members arranged on two mutually opposite surfaces of bath. Heat conduit embracing bottom of bath is placed between said heating members. Bath walls together with heating members and heat conduit are surrounded by heat insulation and they are arranged in housing that is placed in outer casing; air gap is formed between walls of said housing and casing. Support is made in the form of two parallel plates in order to provide insertion of tool of ultrasonic transducer to bath. At one side air gap between wall of housing and casing is sufficient for securing plates of said support to lateral walls of outer casing at inner side in space between housing and casing. Ultrasonic transducer is placed on ends of support plates. In order to fix position of said transducer, on end of plate being nearest to bath recess is formed; size of said recess exceeds diameter of tool but it is less than diameter of body of ultrasonic transducer.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of tinning process due to introducing ultrasonic transducer to bath from upper side.
