SUBSTANCE: hull of proposed floating vehicle is made in form of rigid envelope of surface of revolution where person may be embarked. Motion unit makes the floating vehicle move on water surface. Motion unit includes starter made separately from floating vehicle and used for sending pulse for initial motion; starter is located on surface of water basin or in immediate proximity. Starter is made in form of tube.
