FIELD: food industry; petroleum refining industry; flotation installations for purification of the industrial waste waters.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the flotation installation for purification of the industrial waste waters, which one can be used at the enterprises of food industry, petroleum refining industry. The flotation installation includes the flotation settling tank (3) with the nozzle for the compulsory coalescence of the micro- and macro-air bubbles, the pump (12), the compressor (11) for compression of the air, the pressure tank of the saturator (10), the pressure reducing valve (14) made for operation under the pressure of no less than 15 MPa, the foam collecting chute (17). The nozzle is made in the form of the holders (15) with the brushes (16) with the length of no less than 1.5 m with the cross-section profile coinciding with the cross-section profile of the flotation settling tank (3) arranged under the intake of the initial waste water (4) and the water with the dissolved in it air (9). The caprone filamentary brushes (16) in the holders (15) are fixed vertically with the step equal to the diameter of the cross-section of the brush uniformly along the whole cross-section of the holders (15). The flotation settling tank (3) is supplied with the system of the bubblers (19) of the regeneration of the brush nozzle (16), which are located under the holders (15). Along the internal perimeter of the flotation settling tank (3) at the level of the intake of the initial waste water (4) there is the shell ring of the flotation settling tank (3), which is equipped with the nozzles (8) of the intakes of the recirculation purified waste water from the outlet branch-pipe (5) of the flotation settling tank (3). The nozzles (8) are connected with the low-pressure pump (7) creating rotation of the being purified waste water inside the flotation settling tank (3). The technical result of the invention is reduction of the flotation installation power input, simplification of its operation and elimination of pollution of the froth product by the reactants or the inert impurities.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the flotation installation power input, simplification of its operation and elimination of pollution of the froth product by the reactants or the inert impurities.
