SUBSTANCE: proposed receiver depending for its operation on data transfer by means of electromagnetic waves is designed to receive discrete message characters at reduced error probability attained due to equalizing quasi-periodic turbulence boundary by correcting frequency of clock generator incorporated in analog-to-digital converter as function of receiver gain while reducing distortion impact of transients occurring with arrival of next information character.
