FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: rubber-cord shell comprises disk made of rubber reinforced by means of layers of cord threads. The rubber-cord shell is provided with the openings at the center of the disk and arranged symmetrically to the axis that passes through the center of gravity of the shell and oriented perpendicular to the disk. The shell is reinforced by crossing layers of cord threads that are directed from the inner diameter of the disc to the outer diameter of the disk. The adjacent layers of the cord threads intersect at an angle of 15°. The rubber cord shell is provided with sides made of thickenings with bevels provided on the outer and inner diameters to be secured in the clutch members. The bevels are inclined to the plane of the surface at an angle of 135°.

EFFECT: reduced sizes and expanded functional capabilities.
