FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises pipeline, container, bent pipe for supplying liquid from the pipeline to the container, and pipe for supplying reagent that connects the container with pipeline. The open end of the bent pipe is set in the pipeline against the liquid flow. The container is positioned horizontally and receives the piston from the side of the bent pipe and bend from the opposite side of the container. The bend connects the container with the pipe for supplying reagent. Downstream of the bent pipe, the pipeline is provided with narrowing . The bottom end of the pipe for supplying reagent is connected with the pipeline downstream of the narrowing in the low-pressure zone. The container is provided with drain vale connected with the atmosphere and hopper connected with the vessel for batching the reagent. The bent pipe is provided with the connecting pipe provided with calibrated opening and mounted at the entrance to the container upstream of the piston and pipe for supplying reagent.
