SUBSTANCE: proposed method involves time-interval based compilation of broadcast service rates in system implementing transmission of content coded by check words, the latter being varied every other time interval referred to crypt-period. Mentioned method involves checking present time for its occurrence within time period depending on R date constituting permitted service rendering time; if present time is within mentioned period, check words are decoded and returned to decoder, otherwise definite sum corresponding to access time is withdrawn and R date equal to respective time interval is set.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
