FIELD: fish-processing tooling.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has disk knife for opening of fish belly, entrails removal and cleaning devices, and is further provided with additional sets of entrails removal and cleaning devices having sections differing from one another by configuration and sizes. Each set of said devices is mounted on individual shaft. Shafts with sets of said devices are positioned for rotation on supports, are oriented in parallel with and in spaced apart relation with respect to one another and to shaft on which supports are fixed. Shaft is positioned for rotation and fixation of selected set of said devices in operating position. Disk knife mechanism is positioned for movement in vertical plane. Shafts with disk knife, selected set of said devices and drive are united by common flexible transmission. Transmission also includes follower link for deflecting flexible member from said devices which are at the moment in non-operating position, and spring-loaded guy link for enabling unconstrained changing positions of said devices.

EFFECT: increased versatility of apparatus owing to simplified and accelerated readjustment thereof for processing fish of various sizes.
