METHOD OF MAKING VINE MOTHER MATERIAL NURSERY Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A01G17/02 

FIELD: agriculture; seed growing, vine nurseries.

SUBSTANCE: method includes treatment of blossom clusters of seedling stock and graft with oxalic acid and covering them with polyethylene film, stratification of seeds and planting in cups with subsequent setting out in greenhouse. When stock and graft seedling shoots reach 15 cm, first inarching is done at level of first tendrils on nodes. Subsequent inarching is done at level 15 cm higher than first one, places of inarching are bound by photodegradable film, life from 90 to 120 days. Stock and graft vines with two root systems are planted in one hole, and after development of shoots, graft shoot is tied to stake, and stock shoot is removed.

EFFECT: provision of phylloxera-resistant varieties-samples free from bacterial and viral infection in period of juvenization of tissues, accelerated selection process, reduced labor input when planting sanitated mother material nurseries.
