FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves determining computer-aided electroencephalogram parameters. The biological age is calculated from formula: BA = - 132.002+2.0283* Bf01+1.3207* BfT5+1.2568* APO2 +1.2323* TIO2 - 1.8603* TIF3 -0.3277*DIO2+1.0378*DIT6 in female cases aged 18-89; BA = 1 59.0026-0.5468*BIO2 1.5077* BPO2 0.467*BPO1 + 1.1649*TIO2 + 1.4355*DFP4 in male cases aged 18-89, where BA -is the biological age in conditional years; Bf01 is the β-frequency in lead O1 in Hz; BfT5 is the β-frequency in lead T5 in Hz; APO2 is the α-period in lead O2 in ms; TIO2 is the θ-index in lead O2 in %; TIF3 is the θ-index in lead F3 in %; DIO2 is the Δ-index in lead O2 in %,;DIT6 is the Δ-index in lead T6 in %,; BIO2 is the β-index in lead O2 in %; BPO2 is the β-period in lead O2 in ms; BPO1 is the β-period in lead O1 in ms; DFP4 is the Δ-frequency in lead P4 in Hz.
EFFECT: high accuracy in determining human biological age.
