SUBSTANCE: beginning from the second day after the injury, at dressings, after the bathing of the wounds with anticeptic solutions the region of the inlet and outlet openings of the wound canal are subjected to a pulse laser radiation with a simultaneous action by a magnetic field. The pulse repetition frequency is in sequence of 5 and 50 Hz. The radiating power is within 8 to 50 W. The magnetic field induction makes up 35 to 40 mT. The action time is 60 to 300 s.
EFFECT: accelerated reparative processes, improved blood flow, enhanced activity of the immune system, prevented complications associated with specific conditions of emergency situations.
