FIELD: mechanical engineering; transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention is construction of wheeled vehicle, particularly, passenger car load bearing members of car body being made in form of box hollow sections - sills, reinforcement members, posts, which are furnished with local sealing sound-isolating members overlapping air sound-transmitting through sections of hollow load-bearing members in preset zones. Vehicle, particularly, passenger car contains load-bearing box members of body accommodating locally arranged sealing sound-isolating members in form of acoustic stoppers closing through sections of spaces to form limited lengths of hollow load-bearing members in form of final lengths of acoustic waveguides. Design peculiarity is that through drain holes and tubular bypass branch pipes are made in walls of separate limited length of sections of hollow members separated/formed by end faces of acoustic stoppers, particularly, in spaces of body floor sills adjacent to space of passenger saloon and external medium surrounding vehicle body. Damping perforation holes are made in wall of bypass branch pipe in its middle, ratio of area of perforation holes of tubular bypass branch pipe to area of cross section of branch pipe being 0.01-0.08. Axes of drain holes and/or open inlet cuts of tubular bypass branch pipes are located in zone from end face walls of box hollow space at a distance multiple of L/4L where L is length of space limited by end faces of acoustic stoppers.
EFFECT: improved acoustic comfort in passenger saloon and cab of car.
