FIELD: mechanical engineering; tractor building; agricultural crawler tractors.
SUBSTANCE: proposed crawler tractor contains framework, engine with clutch, final drive, transmission, power divider, each side, rear power takeoff shaft, steering mechanism, final drive reduction units connected by propeller shafts to power plant, track assemblies with track rollers front idlers and rear support driving sprockets. Rear support driving sprockets are installed on axles of reduction units, which, in their turn, are secured on framework coaxially to rear power takeoff shaft for elastic vertical displacements for spring-up by means of hydraulic cylinder and elastic member. Load equalizing mechanism consists essentially of two four-link mechanisms closed of framework. Each four-link mechanism is installed in place of arrangement of articulated levers. One of levers of four-link mechanism is hanger for reduction unit. Other of four-link mechanism is made for adjustment of its length either steplessly or discretely, being secured on reduction unit housing. Moreover, all main transmission sets of tractor are arranged at front, and balas weight, at rear. Driving sprocket has external teeth arranged in pair with alternation with free sections of outer diameter.
EFFECT: equalizing load from running system of track rollers on support surface of track, reduction of dynamic load of tractor members and vibration level, improved mounting capacity and load-carrying of tractor.
