SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps for liquids or compressible media particularly, to compressors and is designed to protect compressors from surges. According to proposed method, dynamic pressure is measured at inlet and outlet of compressor and antisurge mode is set by analyzing frequency and amplitude. Antisurge device of compressor includes recorder-analyzer and first and second dynamic pressure transmitters which are installed at inlet and outlet of compressor, their outlets being connected with inlets of recorder-analyzer, and outlet of recorder-analyzer is connected with second functional converter.
EFFECT: improved surge protection compressor owing to additional control pf pressure conditions, increased service life of compressor by 25-30%.
