SUBSTANCE: proposed method come to conversion of potential energy of chemical substance into kinetic energy of gas flow with provision of moving high-temperature gas flow. Said high-temperature gas flow is formed irrespective of surrounding medium as a result of oxidation of combustible substance by oxygen formed at thermal or thermocatalytic decomposition of nitrogen monoxide(N2O) or nitrogen monoxide in mixture with inert gases in reactor.

EFFECT: provision of moving gas flow converted into mechanical work at high specific characteristics.
