SUBSTANCE: profiled guiding means comprises main body having at least some sections of T-shaped profile and provided with longitudinal rib and lower belt. Lower belt extends along longitudinal rib edge and has two sections projecting from the rib substantially in opposite directions. Lower belt is formed by rib bend. Lower belt side facing away from the rib has decorative covering member. The rib has a number of orifices. At least one lower belt section is formed of rib material bent from the orifices, wherein the rib is substantially single-layered for the full surface area thereof. Guiding rail production method is also disclosed.
EFFECT: decreased material consumption.
