FIELD: measurement technology; computerized quality control systems for channel communication links.

SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in device are controlled delay line, as well as switches with relevant ties. Mutual difference factor is measured in device during arrival of distorted signal under check Sc(t) from communication link. Sc(t) and reference signal Sr(t) arrive at inputs of mutual difference factor meter at a time. Delay time of demodulated data signal in computer processing circuits is included in the process. Device has modem 1, mutual difference factor meter 2, AND, OR, and NOR gates 3.1-3.n, 4, and 5, respectively, flip-flop 6, register 7, signal energy-to-noise spectral density ratio metering unit 8, mutual difference factor threshold value meter 9, comparator 10, control result output unit 11, analog-to-digital converter 12, delay lines 25.1-25.n, controlled delay line 26, and switch 27.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of channel quality control results.
