FIELD: settlement and industrial water supply; devices for preparation of the water for the drinking and industrial water supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the installation of the reagentless treatment of the water for the potable and industrial water supply. The installation contains: the hydrocyclone (1), the water clarifying screen (2), the pump (3), the hydrodynamic impulse generator (4) of the rotor type with the electrical drive (5), the cavitation reactor-cyclone (CRC) (6), two ejectors (7), the skip screen (8). The hydrodynamic impulse generator (4) contains the horizontally arranged cylindrical hollow body, which one has the diametrically located two holes with the accelerating injectors interposed into them. The cylindrical body also contains the cylindrical hollow rotor with two diametrically located similar holes. At that the holes of the accelerating injectors and the holes of the rotor are arranged on the same diametrical axis. At the water entering the accelerating injectors at the average pressure of 0.15 MPa the pressure of the counter pulsing sprays reaches up to 3.2 MPa, which promotes elimination of the spores of the funguses and the bacteria. After passing the hydrodynamic impulse generator the processed water enters the ejectors (7), where it is intensively admixed with the oxygen of the air or ozone, is oxidized and through the tangential fitting pipes enters the cavitation reactor-cyclone (6.) CRC (6) is made in the form of the upright located hollow body (21), which have been fulfilled in the form of the truncated cone mounted with its greatest diameter upward. Inside this body on the same vertical axis there is the accelerating cone and the aligned with it the accelerating cylinder. The being purified water rotating around of the accelerating cylinder goes upward into the collector of the purified water withdrawal, further -into the purified water reservoir and then - to the customer. The solid particles are discarded from the center to the periphery of the CRC body and through the discharge pipe are removed into the sewage. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the quality of the drinking water and profitability at its treatment.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the improved quality of the drinking water and profitability at its treatment.
