FIELD: refrigeration aggregates with pumping-circulation cooling systems.
SUBSTANCE: refrigeration aggregate with pumping-circulating cooling systems includes booster-compressors of higher stage, condensers, first and second receivers, cooling devices, shut-off valves, three-section receiver whose two sections are made for providing function of intermediate vessels and whose third section and first and second receivers are made with possibility of realizing functions of liquid separation, circulation, linear and draining receivers. First receiver is provided with fractionation tower. Booster-compressor is made with possibility of suction vapor of cooling agent from first receiver and pumping it to second section of three-section receiver from which cooled vapor are sucked by means of higher stage compressor for pumping to condenser. Then liquid cooling agent is fed to second section of three-section receiver and from said section cooled liquid is fed through shut-off valve to fractionation tower.
EFFECT: lowered ammonia volume in cooling system, reduced energy consumption and cost of aggregate due to decreased area of building yard of compressor shop, lowered number of large-volume equipment, apparatuses and wires, enhanced safety of aggregate.
