SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, system contains block of user request receiving block, election committee identification block, input message identification block, block for creating server database addresses, data dispensing channels commutation block, block for receiving messages from election committees, block for selecting base addresses of election committees, block for receiving records of server database, block for forming data receipt time intervals, block for computing current total of voting results, block for computing growing total of voting results and block for integration of output data.
EFFECT: increased speed of system operation due to localization of database record addresses based on identifiers of messages received by system from territorially distributed sources of election committees.
