SUBSTANCE: before-doctor first-aid kit can be used as aid realizing method of system approach to application of medicinal aids to give before-doctor self-assistance to improve resistance of organism to unfavorable factors of environment. Before-doctor first-aid kit is made in form of case for placing two blister packages containing medicinal aids and prescriptions for using the aids. First blister package has 30 pills esthiphane of 0,2 grams each; second blister package has 20 drops of eleutherococcus of 0,18 g and 10 C vitamin tablets of 0,5 g. First-aid before-doctor kit can be used at extra high physical stress, at recovery treatment after disease and trauma as well as for doing professional duties under unfavorable conditions.
