FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: side support of car body on bogie has upper housing 1 secured on frame of car body with flat working surface of contact with lower housing 4 installed on bogie and including rollers 5. Lower housing is installed on overspring beam resting through elastic members on side frame of bogie. Working surface of lower housing is made flat, in form of side bearer 10, with friction lining 11. Flat working surface of upper housing is made in form of side bearer. Flat working surface is mated with inclined surfaces 12 at edges of upper housing. Upper parts of rollers are arranged higher than working surface of side bearer of lower housing. Clearances are made between upper parts of rollers and inclined surface of upper housing. Lower housing includes friction damper 13 made of wedges 14 pressed to cylindrical surface 16 of housing guide socket 6. pressure member arranged inside wedges rest on wedges through flat support surfaces in form of pyramid. Cover of housing engaging with upper housing rests on pressure member.

EFFECT: provision of damping of rolling vibrations of car body relative to overspring beams.
