SUBSTANCE: device comprises adapter, bush inserted in inner orifice of the adapter, booster and detonating cord connected to booster by the first end thereof. The booster is arranged inside bush. Bush is made as disc and cylindrical part provided with axial orifice. Annular beads are formed on outer side of cylindrical bush part. Fractional longitudinal cut is made from one end of cylindrical bush part. The bush includes cylindrical part with axial orifice, disc arranged on outer side of cylindrical part, as well as annular beads connected to outer cylindrical part surface and fractional longitudinal cut made in cylindrical part and extending from one bush end.
EFFECT: increased reliability of device actuation.
