SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes pork and garlic cutting and roasting in vegetable oil; mushroom cutting and blanching; napa cabbage, green onion, and gardenstuff cutting and freezing; fresh green pea freezing. Abovementioned components are blended in oxygen-free atmosphere with starch and table salt. Obtained mixture is pre-packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
