FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting mixture of citrus pomace and geranium flowers using liquid carbon dioxide; separating miscella to be used for impregnating and expanding of moistened tobacco stem. Resultant base product may be used as part of mix for tobacco smoking articles in an amount exceeding 30% since it does not impart cellulose taste when said articles are smoked through.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing of tobacco stem having increased volume.
