FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology, myringoplasty.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing the bone in posterior wall of externalis meatus acusticus. Moreover, it is necessary to remove V-shaped osseous massive in area of posterior and superior walls of osseous part of externalis meatus acusticus, at the bottom in area of mastoid process' platform being of 5-10 mm facing outwards and being thinned towards tympanic membrane. Application of the present innovation enables to improve the survey of the area under operation of anterior meatotympanic angle, increase the freedom of surgical manipulations and exclude the risk of damaging anatomical structures being adjacent to extrenalis meatus acusticus.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation.
