FIELD: veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying a preparation consisting of the following components, weight%: norfloxacin 9.0; dioxidine 1.0; 1,2-propylene glycol 19.8; low-molecular polyvinyl pyrrolidone 0.2; distilled water - the rest. For calves this preparation should be introduced subcutaneously at the dosage of 0.5 ml/10 kg body weight once daily in the course of 3 d. For piglets this preparation should be injected intramuscularly at the dosage of 0.5 ml/10 kg body weight once daily for 3 d. Application of the present method is efficient, moreover, it is technologically and economically profitable.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
