FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing living opistorchis and Gunn diode-based oscillator on insulating metal plate. The diode is connected to power supply source for short time of 1-2 s at the moment the active zone of the oscillator makes contact with the opistorchis. After the feeding voltage being switched off, the oscillator is enclosed into tightly sealed capsule manufactured from inert radiotransparent polymer material. The produced means is placed on patient body in right hypochondrium projection along clavicular median line and/or it is prescribed to drink water treated with the means preliminarily plunged into it for 1-2 min. When indicated, repeated course is to be prescribed 6-12 months later.
EFFECT: improved intrahepatic hemodynamic and cholekinesis parameters.
