SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with local anesthesia in stomatological practice in case of instrumental interferences during treating teeth and gums or for the purpose of diagnostics. Composition for local anesthesia contains lidocaine hydrochloride, nipagin as a conservant together with nipasol or chlorobutanol hydrate and water; additionally, it contains sodium alginate, polyethylenoxide-400 and polyethylenoxide-1500, components should be taken at a certain quantitative content. The suggested composition for local anesthesia enhances and prolongs anesthetic effect and increases adhesive properties.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
