SUBSTANCE: cast iron contains components used in the following ratio, wt%: carbon 3.0-3.5; silicon 2.5-3.0; manganese 0.3-0.5; aluminum 0.3-0.5; calcium 0.003-0.008; titanium 0.05-0.1; tin 0.001-0.002; cerium 0.1-0.3; nickel 1.5-2.5; iron the balance.
EFFECT: increased thermal stability of cast iron.
