FIELD: electrohydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed converter is designed for electrohydraulic systems of working members. Electrohydraulic converter contains double-acting plunger with reciprocative motion drive. Hydraulic cylinders arranged on ends of plunger are placed in communication through spool distributor with delivery main line and pressure source consisting of pump and pressure valve. Reciprocative motion drive is made in form of electromechanical variable speed drive. Used as spool distributor is three-position four-way distributor controlled by electromagnets. Outputs of distributor are connected to pump pressure main line to delivery main line, and outputs communicate with spaces of hydraulic cylinders. Pressure valve is connected by control line with delivery main line. Signal to operate electromechanical drive is generated by control device depending on signals from plunger extreme position pickups and pressure pickup installed in delivery main line.
EFFECT: provision of stepless loading and unloading of actuating members.
