SUBSTANCE: device has unit for transforming blood vessel filling data, two clock pulse oscillators, two threshold devices, two analog-to-digital converters, four counters, seven operating storage units, thirteen computer units, two switchboards, encipherer, threshold members unit, phase meter, differentiation unit, comparator unit, synchronization and control unit, spectrum analyzer and indicator. Electric pulse signal is obtained by applying unit for transforming blood vessel filling data. Pulse recorded by means of the unit for transforming blood vessel filling data is represented as combination of increments of arterial, capillary and venous blood circulation in given body region. Pulse plot pattern depends on systolic stroke volume, blood circulation intensity, blood viscosity, vascular wall state, pre- to postcapillary pressure ratio and others.

EFFECT: analyzed fine structure of transformed pulse signal; simplified and accelerated process in setting diagnosis; high accuracy of express diagnosis.
